Retrieving your backup history from the Data Center

If you reinstalled the Online Backup Program and do not see your backup history, you will need to refresh the client with the data center. This process will verify your account information and download the backup history database stored at our data center.
  1. Click the "Start Download" button below
  2. Select 'Open' in the File Download dialog box

The Online Backup engine will run and download the necessary files to complete your installation. After this is complete your backup sets will be available for restore.


Update Machine ID and Password Information

If you are receiving an 'incorrect passphrase error' or 'an invalid account message', the online backup program's login creditential are incorrect. This tool will update the login credentials on your PC.

Please have your Machine ID and Password ready.

  1. Click the "Start Download" button below
  2. Select 'Open' in the File Download dialog box
  3. Follow the directions in the utility. You do not need to click on 'Create Account' if you already have one.
